This is the first CD-ROM of a series of volumes containing images returned by the Nimbus-7 Coastal Zone Color Scanner (CZCS) of the western coastal region of North America. The images on this volume were collected beginning in February, 1979 and run through the end of 1981. The study area is from the northern tip of Vancouver Island to the southern tip of Baja California (55N to 20N) and from 105W to 140W.
