Comment:
Two incubations were conducted to estimate consequences of different temperature and CO2 conditions on juvenile Polar cod (Boreogadus saida) and Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua). Throughout the incubation periods, carbonate chemistry was monitored one to three times a week. Seawater (SW) carbonate chemistry was calculated using CO2SYS (software version 1.0; http://cdiac.ornl.gov/ftp/co2sys/), with salinity, temperature, dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and pH(tot) as measured parameters.
