(b) trap: replicate number for the deployed trap
(c) origin_pH: the pH habitat that the experimental individual was collected from, with (d) 'low pH' as the deme from the low pH site, and 'ambient' as the deme from the control pH site (see map in MS)
(d) exposure_pH: the pH habitat that the experimental individual was transplanted into, with low pH as the low pH site, and ambient as the control pH site
(e) OrigF2Size_covariate: this is the tube surface area (size) of the recruits used in the experiment measured at the beginning of the transplant experiment, as mm^2.
(f) F2_survival: 1 indicates the individual survived during the experiment, 0 indicates mortality was observed
(g) F2_Development_to_maturation: 1 indicates the individual did reach maturation during the experiment, 0 indicates that the individual did not
