Md. Sea); 13) the North Sea region extending to the English Channel, the Celtic and Irish Seas, the Bay of Biscay and Southern Brittany (all referred to as the North Sea); 14) Oregon-Washington; 15) Southern California; 16) Tasmania; and 17) Trinidad and Tobago.
