Radiolarian data from Nigrini [1985, Table 3] and Barron [1985a, Table 2 and Figures 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13]. Calcareous nannofossil data from Gartner and Chow [1985] and Pujos [1985, Table 6]. Planktonic foraminifera data from B. Wade (personal communication, 2010) and Saito [1985, Table 5].
