We continued our regular measurements of sea-ice thickness, snow depth and freeboard between June 2012 and February 2013 at six stations distributed evenly over a transect along the land-fast sea ice of Atka Bay. In addition, we determined the thickness of the sub-ice platelet layer with a modified thickness tape.
