Sediment depth is given in mbsf. Gas was extracted from canned samples and from head space in cans. On average, 60% of the gas comes from the head space. There is little or no compositional difference between the gas from the head space and that from the samples. Head space gases only were analyzed for Samples 447-20-2 and 479-22-7.
