The isotope curves did not show any typical glacial-interglacial trends and characteristics (difference 0.6 to 0.8 per mill only). The temperature effect (closeness to underwater volcanic activity, spreading center) may have influenced the isotope values. A hiatus was observed at 0.95 m (submarine slumps & slides). Moderate bioturbation was observed.
Data measured by Kyaw Winn in 1994-1995 with the CARBO KIEL Massenspectrometer Finnigan MAT 251, Christian-Albrechts-University, Kiel, Germany. ID code KW 17795-2SL CW (or GRW) depth. Isotope results corrected for systematic errors.
