Depths, core sections, materials chosen as well as radiocarbon ages and calendar ages are given. The radiocarbon ages of all samples were calibrated into calendar years before present (a calBP) using the INTCAL09 calibration curve (Reimer et al., 2009), except of samples ETH-39603 and ETH- 40050 using the Levin.14c dataset (Levin and Kromer, 2004). The depth values in brackets in samples KIA-36356eKIA-36358 indicate depths after subtraction of tephra thicknesses.
