Comment:
Calculated oxygen fugacity using the Nell-Wood calibration (Nell and Wood, 1991). Site fractions of Fe on the M1 and M2 sites in orthopyroxene are calculated following the method outlined by Wood et al. (1990, doi:10.1126/science.248.4953.337). Errors on oxygen fugacities are propagated +/- 2 SD analytical errors. Temperature calculated using the olivine-spinel thermometer of Ballhaus et al. (1991, doi:10.1007/BF00311183).
