Enrichments: medium PYGV, pH 7.2; incubation al 9 °C under dim light (100-300 lux). pH deterrmination after 30 min suspension of the ground sample in double distilled water. Samples 867/232 to 867/236 were part of a sandstone profile which was investigated more closely.
