Comment:
Sediment depth is given in mbsf. Characteristic directions and mean intensities are computed from least-squares analysis of the indicated suites of selected demagnetization steps. Selected steps are thermal demagnetization levels for. Org indicates that the origin of the vector plot was included as a selected point for the least-squares computation due to irregular pattern of demagnetization vectors; Tied indicates that the least-squares vector was constrained to pass through the origin on the vector plots, thereby producing an average of the selected demagnetization steps - such Org and Tied computations are given a lower quality rating.
