Sample age non-bioturbated: Calculated using the respective sedimentation rate and mean sediment depth.
Sample age bioturbated: Calculated using a mass balance model assuming a mixed layer depth of 15 cm.
BIT-index calculated according to Hopmans et al. (2004).
