The accuracy is 0.01 nmol/kg for He; 0.2% for d3He; 0.04 nmol/kg for Ne. Replicate samples gave a precision of 0.5% for He, 0.1% for d3He, 0.2% for Ne. Samples were analyzed mass spectrometrically at the IUP Bremen (Sültenfuß et al., 2009, doi:10.1080/10256010902871929).
