Comment:
Rmcd depths of Ash layer C and D in Hole 171-1052A have a mismatch that arises from problems in the adjustment for upper parts of Hole A. This interval was not considered in the subsequent analysis. The asterisk (*) for ash layer K indicates that glass-shards from this ash (Hole B) were Ar/Ar-dated with a plateau age of 37.81 +/- 0.91 Ma.
