FP-12E is the planktonic foraminiferal transfer function developed by Thompson (1981, doi:10.1016/0031-0182(81)90099-7) for the western Pacific. Time-slice: 1 = 1.8-2.0 Ma, 2 = 2.4-2.6 Ma, 3 = 2.8-3.0 Ma. 4 = 3.5-3.7 Ma, 5 = 4.2-4.4 Ma. 6 = 4.8-5.0 Ma. Time-interval: 1 = 0.0-2.0, 2 = 1.8-2.6, 3 = 2.4-3.0, 4 = 2.8-3.7, 5 = 3.5-4.4, 6 = 4.2-5.0, 7 = >4.8
