Comment:
For pCO2 measurements were about 0.5 liter of air equilibrated with sample. Sample volume 4. Nutrient samples are collected in 250 ml soft low density polyethylene acid washed bottles. They are kept refrigerated until analysis if it was not carried out soon after sampling. Otherwisee samples are stored at -20°C.
