Comment:
Format of files is text, two tab-delimited columns: 1. Angle of goniometer, 2. Counts. Samples were measured with a Cobalt K-alpha bulb in goniometer steps of 0.02 degree. File names consist of core label and depth of sample in six digits cm with leading zeros separated by an underline and ending with _clay.txt. All raw data files are stored in one zip-archive, linked to this metadescription. Clay fraction less than 2 micron was quantitatively separated by Atterberg method (settling tube), washed, dried and milled. Clay was resuspended and texturized on sample holder for analysis.
