Radiocarbon dates (14C BP) and calibrated dates (yr BP) based on the MARINE98 calibration data set (Stuiver and Reimer, 1993) to build the age-depth model for the G. bulloides concentration record from ODP Hole 117-723A in the western Arabian Sea from Gupta et al. (2003) and recalibrated radiocarbon dates based on CalPal-2007 online using the CalPal-2007-Hulu calibration curve (Weninger and Jöris, 2008; Weninger et al., 2013). For the radiocarbon dates from Gupta et al. (2003) we assigned a universal uncertainty range of 100 years.
